In-Person Workshop
Truly knowing individuals on your team is at the heart of good working relationships. Recognizing, appreciating, and affirming who your people are will guide you to be an empowering and trusting leader. The purpose of this workshop is to highlight and delve into the key elements managers and leaders need to focus upon to both engage and retain a lasting, long-term and sustainable team focused upon mutual benefit and recognition.
During this session, each leader will begin to develop a future plan to incorporate some of their ideas into their organization.
Learning Objectives
- Discuss how to recognize and truly get to KNOW staff members in the most meaningful ways to them
- Brainstorm ways to build and foster engagement for both individual team members and the team as a whole
- Learn how to create a dedicated calendar for employee engagement & recognition

About Our Facilitator
Dr. Joe Misiewicz is the Emeritus Chair of the Department of Telecommunications at Ball State, and in addition to many other accomplishments, served as the President and CEO of the Indiana Broadcasters Association.
