Session #1:
Wednesday, October 22nd
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM EST
Session #2:
Thursday, October 23rd
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM EST
Uncertainty and change is no longer a detour—it’s the main road. For organizations and their leaders, the real challenge isn’t mapping every twist and turn, but mastering the reflexes to steer when the terrain shifts. Agile by Design reframes the conversation from static change management to dynamic change agility. In this highly interactive session, you will explore mindsets that fuel rapid adaptation, apply frameworks that convert ambiguity into opportunity, and leave equipped to rally teams toward bold, purpose-aligned action—no matter what tomorrow brings.
Learning Objectives
- Contrast traditional change management with change agility and pinpoint the core mindsets that separate the two.
- Diagnose personal and organizational barriers that slow agility—and apply targeted strategies to remove them.
- Pivot with purpose: make fast, confident decisions when information is incomplete or conditions shift.
- Embed agility: equip teams with practices that encourage experimentation, rapid learning, and course-correction.
- Commit to a 30-day action plan that sustains change-agility gains long after the session ends.
Cost: Free for SLA Members. $250 non-member. $200 nonprofits.
