In-Person Workshop

You’ve done the strength assessments; you’ve done the SWOT analysis, and you’ve participated in the office retreats. It’s all been great, but you can’t help but feel that some pieces just aren’t fitting together, all the blocks don’t seem to be forming a whole shape. Maybe it’s time to reconstruct how we approach self-assessment and goal setting. Maybe it’s time to start building ourselves up one brick at a time. In this highly interactive workshop, we will engage with LEGO® Serious Play®, a powerful and innovative consulting tool that’s being used in teams and businesses around the world. This methodology utilizes flow theory and neurological aspects of play to get past our filters and reveal things about our strengths and talents that we never knew we knew. If you’ve ever felt like goal setting or strength development was arbitrary or without outcomes, it may be time to play with LEGO® again in one of the most introvert/extrovert-friendly programs ever developed.

Learning Objectives

  1. Construct a visual, narrative representation of their strengths, goals, and opportunities
  2. Have a clearer picture of their immediate and long-term professional goals
  3. Identify a specific contribution that they can make to their career growth or current role
  4. Craft a “next steps” statement before departing the workshop

This program is ideal for: anyone trying to create a well-designed life and career. Educators or team leaders may also find great value in learning more about this tool.
