In-Person Workshop

Let’s admit this up front–the pace of change today is impossible to keep up with. If this is true, then leading in this “New World” requires internal skills and competencies that can be applied across a broad range of situations, environments, and business sectors. In this workshop, participants will learn about the basic building blocks of leading in an ever changing world and discover how their own strengths can be leveraged to build more effective teams by establishing trust, loyalty, and a coaching culture.

Learning Objectives

  1. Explore the differences between managing and leading
  2. Learn the fundamentals of emotional intelligence and how these skills show up in our lives
  3. Learn about the Leadership Coaching method and how it can be applied in the work place
  4. Coaching skills that can be put into immediate practice

This program is ideal for: anyone who supervises a staff team.
