Event Details

Lead with focus when certainty is out of reach

In moments of uncertainty, leaders often default to performative action, unclear direction, or overcomplication. This session helps leaders shift from reactive noise to intentional clarity. Built on the Clarity Stack framework (Clarity → Coherence → Action), participants will explore how to bring focus to conversations, align teams, and lead when there’s more confusion than certainty.

Learning Objectives

  1. Learn how to apply the Clarity Stack in real-time leadership situations
  2. Identify common patterns that cause meetings and communication to go sideways
  3. Practice reframing ambiguous moments into clear next steps
  4. Explore tools for leading through uncertainty with presence and impact

Cost: Free for SLA Members. $50 non-member. $30 nonprofits. Please NOTE this Early Riser starts at 9:30 a.m. EST, NOT 8 a.m. EST.

Individuals who are either unemployed or connected with an employer who is unable to pay can request scholarships for any of our programs.
