Communicate With Impact: So People Say What They Mean, and Do What They Say

Ever worked with someone who agrees with everything you’re saying then walks away and does something completely different? That’s incredibly frustrating and confusing (and you’re not alone). A Stanford University study found that 9 out of 10 conversations miss the mark. What if there was a scientific explanation for why verbal agreement does not translate to action? In this session, Ariana will show participants how to apply the Neuroscience of Conversation to communicate with impact.

Learning Objectives

  1. Understand the basic principles of the Neuroscience of Conversation
  2. Learn tools to get buy-in & genuine agreement
  3. Learn evidence-based techniques for building trust

This program is ideal for:  Young professionals, HR managers, mid-level managers, first-time supervisors, salespeople, emerging leaders, team leads

Cost: Free for SLA Members. $50 non-member. $30 nonprofits.
