Join Stephen Hunter for a fun and interactive session on how to use Kanban to bring visualization, prioritization and success to any effort. As a project manager Stephen has employed Kanban in software development, aligning service delivery on large Federal contracts, and teaching university business students about information systems. When it comes to getting things done – Kanban can!
