Is your organization struggling to recruit and retain front line employees?

Join us for this 90 minute webinar. During the first hour of this session Brian Devine, the Senior Vice President of EmployBridge and a 26-year veteran of the staffing industry, will provide the results of a 15,000 person survey, detailing what’s most important to front line workers. Brian will provide actionable recommendations to help participants become an employer of choice.

For the final 30 minutes, we’ll feature employers who will talk about what their companies are doing to recruit and retain employees.

Eastern Indiana Works provides these sessions, in partnership with Shafer Leadership Academy, as a free service to our clients.
