Virtual Lunch & Learn
Together we will discuss how you lead when you are at your “personal best” while leading others. In this session you will recognize your personal values along with identifying leadership principles. There are clear identifiable behaviors and actions that make a difference for every leader. When making extraordinary things happen in organizations, leaders who understand how to engage every moment like their “personal best” moment will be successful in modeling the way for others.
*Participants will utilize Mural, a visual collaboration platform to creatively reflect upon and envision their best selves*
