Are you in the best fit role for you? Have you been wondering if there is something out there better suited to your needs? Evaluating your current role is a good first step to guide your thinking about your short- and long-term career goals and satisfaction.

In this workshop, we will:

• Identify your top career priorities in the next 3 -5 years.
• Discuss ways to assess and evaluate your career development needs in your current role
• Explore ways to address your current needs in your work environment
