What is your community? When we surround ourselves with different individuals, we surround ourselves with different communities. Our communities help shape us into who we are as people. People can belong to many types of communities such as:

  • Spiritual/Religious
  • Work
  • Family
  • Friends
  • Local Involvement

Our communities are the framework of our identities. But how can we further develop our communities? How can we bring new people into our communities? Are we limited to just three communities? What is special about your community?

Learning Objectives

  1. Dive deeper into your own communities and how those affect your growth as a person and as a leader.
  2. Identify places in your communities that you can work to improve.
  3. Reflect upon how to integrate a new generation of leaders in your communities to grow resilience.

This program is ideal for: anyone
