Identify ways in which sharing our hidden rules can improve communication, relationships and outcomes: individual, organizational, and community

• Give a language to talk about what may be conceived as “common sense”.
• Understand your own hidden rules and how they have helped or hindered you.
• Gain a deeper understanding of the hidden rules that are at play and govern our lives.
