In light of our current environment there is an urgency to achieve productivity through diverse culture building, in nearly every industry. Yet, while leaders are inherently diverse, and diversity tools are abundant, studies continue pointing to program ineffectiveness. This session will explore how belonging may be the ingredient missing for your diversity programming effectiveness, and how to harness its power to accelerate closing gaps, achieve leader and organization sustainability, and a culture where everyone can contribute effectively.

Learning Objectives

  1. Define effective diversity programming and explore why leaders struggle to achieve it.
  2. Participate in games to better understand what belonging really means.
  3. Through group activities learn to recognize programming gaps, and how to measure them.
  4. Identify opportunities for integrating belonging in your company culture.
