There are 4 components of that create a circle of influence: 1) communication, 2) conformity, 3) consistency, and 4) confidence. Communication is the place from which vision gets created. Conformity creates harmony. Consistency produces character. Confidence produces top performance.

About Our Facilitator
Derek Vrablic is a former Marine with a diverse range of experiences. Derek has worked in trades as an electrician, served public safety as a paramedic and is the current co-owner of The Java Bean Cafe in Decatur IN.
Derek believes leadership resembles a pebble being thrown into a lake – we create ripples. Those ripples form a circle of influence that touches the shoreline.
