Emotional Intelligence

Want to learn key skills to help you become more effective in work and life?

“Emotional Intelligence is so critical to success that it accounts for 60% of performance in all types of jobs. It’s the single biggest predictor of performance in the workplace and the strongest driver of leadership and personal excellence.” (The Emotional Intelligence Quick Book)

Fortunately, Emotional intelligence is not a static factor. One’s emotional intelligence changes over time and can be developed in targeted areas. Understanding and developing emotional intelligence can help enhance success on the job and in life.

Assessing and evaluating emotional intelligence can help establish specific needs for targeted personal and professional development. This, in turn, can lead to dramatic increases in a person’s performance, interaction with other, and leadership potential.
