Mapping Out Your Leadership Journey

Traveling on the road of life can be confusing and frustrating if you do not have your own personal roadmap. In this session, we will create your personal mission statement, identify your values, and explore your journey as you travel to your destination

Together we will answer these 3 questions:

1. Where am I headed?
2. How am I going to get there?
3. What is stopping me?

Eastern Indiana Works provides these sessions, in partnership with Shafer Leadership Academy, as a free service to our clients.

Career and leadership workshops are designed to enhance your marketability and improve your skill-set. All sessions require active engagement and provide action-oriented steps for the participant. Career Workshops will focus on three phases of the career development process: EXPLORE, PREPARE, CONNECT.
