Career Prep 101 Session

Your career success belongs to you and your ability to responsibly take ownership of your OWN journey. Understand how to set yourself up for success as a professional no matter what stage of life. Learn how to develop a professional development mindset and move forward confidently.

Learning Outcomes:

• Learn expectations of professionalism in the 21st workplace, both in-person and virtual
• Discuss goal setting and moving forward with small action steps in the career decision-making process
• Understand the importance of a confident growth mindset and accountability in one’s career journey

Eastern Indiana Works provides these sessions, in partnership with Shafer Leadership Academy, as a free service to our client once a month from Feb. 2021 – Jan 2022.

Career and leadership workshops are designed to enhance your marketability and improve your skill-set. All sessions require active engagement and provide action-oriented steps for the participant. Career Workshops will focus on three phases of the career development process: EXPLORE, PREPARE, CONNECT.
